Candidates paying for entire program within ten days of written notification of acceptance will receive a 10% discount. Discounts are also available when enrolling a spouse. We DO ACCEPT Visa or Mastercard. You may also establish a no-interest, revolving account for the Licensing Program (COURSE COSTS ONLY) with a minimum monthly payment of $91.00. This account MUST be kept current.

REQUIREMENTS

For the "Creation Therapy" portion of the program, a completed application and the $300.00 is needed.

To continue with Phase I, all prospective students MUST provide, before beginning Phase I, the following items to the Evaluation Committee:

a) Copy of highest diploma, certificate or degree and related transcript.

b) Current resume including background in counseling or areas of interest in counseling and a recent photo.

c) Three letters of personal reference which include reasons why you would benefit from this program.

d) A letter of reference from your pastor or an elder in your church which MUST accompany your enrollment agreement.

e) A letter from you addressing why you want to be a counselor; what formal/informal training in counseling you have had; why you believe this program will benefit you; if you have experience dealing with people; your goals for counseling and how you know you are called for the counseling ministry.

NOTE: The Candidate Evaluation Committee will not recommend anyone for certification or licensing whose student file is incomplete. Written notice of admittance or non-admittance will be forwarded to prospective candidates.
